01. Service Description

IdentityVerify provides API access to biometric liveness detection and identity orchestration. Access is granted exclusively for lawful enterprise verification purposes.

02. API Usage & Security

You are responsible for the rotation of your `X-IV-Session-Token`. Our systems require TLS 1.3. Failure to maintain secure client-side endpoint negotiation may result in temporary account suspension.

03. Liability

While our hardware-attestation models provide 99.9% protection against deepfakes, no system is infallible. IdentityVerify is not liable for data breaches resulting from compromised client hardware.
